Posting a standard listing on EMLAKIE is free, and always will be — we do not charge landlords a fee to use the core platform. A landlord can post, manage leads, and find a great tenant on EMLAKIE without ever spending a dollar.
EMLAKIE has two revenue sources — nothing else. First: landlords can pay to Boost a listing for extra visibility; this is always optional and never required to post. Second: EMLAKIE charges real estate service providers — such as property management companies — a fee to appear as a featured or sponsored placement on the site. Every sponsored placement carries a visible "Sponsored" label, so it's never mistaken for an organic listing or an EMLAKIE endorsement of that company. Posting a standard listing, browsing, and applying to a rental are always free — no exceptions.
We will never charge renters a fee. That's not a policy that can change — it's the reason EMLAKIE exists.
